Shipping Policy

*Atley Grace Boutique is a made to order shop. We run drops on a preorder basis. What does that mean? Drop fabric is currently not on hand. However, I own the files and will order the fabric as soon as someone purchases an item. This gives my customers a wide variety of prints to choose from!

Once I have pictures of the reps in their items from a preorder fabric, it goes to my Etsy where the TAT for bows and bummies is 3-5 business days!

Shipping can take 2-10 weeks depending on the amount of items ordered. Bow orders will always ship faster when placed alone. PLEASE ORDER YOUR CLOTHING WITH TAT IN MIND!
Drops are on Fridays and I do not begin working on the drop items until the following Monday. I save the weekend to work on RTS / new shop items.  RTS will go out within 3 business days. I understand the excitement you have to receive your order,  just keep in mind that I am only one person and everything done is solely done by me. 

 

If your order has not been shipped within the stated TAT, please message us on Facebook at Atley Grace Boutique. 
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible. However, if it is after 5 business days, I can no longer allow any cancelation. 
We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once packages are dropped off at the post office it’s completely out of my control. I would suggest calling the post office to get information on where the package was last scanned. They will be able to help you from there. I encourage you to download and track all packages in the Shop App. I will be adding protection services sometime in 2022.

Refund Policy

All refunds will need to be processed through email. You can email us at info@atleygraceboutique.com.   
If there is a defect or issue with an order please contact us through our email within 24-48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds will only be given when the TAT (turn around time) is not met, or if there is an obvious defect with your order. However, if you do not reach out to me for a refund, I will assume you are okay with waiting for your items. 
Refunds will not be given for any of the following reasons- 
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ordering Duplicates (I do usually text/email when duplicates are ordered)
Ordering Wrong Size 
If a rep is removed from the rep group for any reason.

Wash & Care

  Some handmade items can be more fragile than factory produced. Please wash and wear with care.
Machine wash gentle on cold with like colors and lay flat to dry.
Hand washing is recommended. 
* Any damages to your items due to improper washing and handling will not qualify you for a refund. Please properly wash, care and handle items with love!
