Orders under 10 items will fall under the 2-4 week turnaround time.

Orders with 10-20 items will fall under the 4-8 week turnaround time.

Orders with 20 items or more will fall under the 6-10 week turnaround time.

Customers who want to skip the line will need to purchase a rush order listing.

All orders are done in the order they are received. However, smaller orders will ship faster per the TAT policy.

All orders are shipped via USPS. First Class Mail typically arrives within 3-5 days.

Atley Grace Boutique LLC is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once packages are dropped off at the post office it’s completely out of my control. I encourage you to download and track all packages in the Shop App.

*Please note that shipping times do not include turn around time. 

* If there is a defect or issue with an order please contact us through our email within 24-48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Refunds will only be given when the TAT (turn around time) is not met, or if there is an obvious defect with your order.

However, if you do not reach out to me for a refund, I will assume you are okay with waiting for your items.

Refunds will not be given for any of the following reasons-

 Lost or Stolen Packages

Ordering Duplicates (I do usually text/email when duplicates are ordered)

Ordering Wrong Size

 If a rep is removed from the rep group for any reason

*Any damages to your items due to improper washing and handling will not qualify you for a refund. Please properly wash, care and handle items with love!
